I called Patriot Roofing because they had replaced my 98 yr old Grandmother’s roof and not only did they do a great job, they were very kind to her. I appreciate anyone that will take their time to listen and do what my Grandmother wanted. This is the reason I called them to look at my roof. When Zion first showed up at my house, I told him I’m getting on the roof with you because I want to see through my own eyes if there was an actual issue. He was actually super excited that I wanted to get on the roof! Within 30 seconds, Zion said “Tracy, You are getting a new roof”. I was impressed that he showed me all of the hail damage plus wear and tear of my roof. Not only my roof, but my gutters and downspouts also. I can honestly say that I am impressed with the work that they did. I personally had few issues but they were dealt with and with no extra charge to me. Anytime I called Zion Woody about anything I had questions about he replied almost immediately. Tony Carleo was also easy to talk to about the finance part (insurance stuff) and understood that it was not me and was patient about it all.
