Unexpected Water Ingress or Leaks:  Internal water leaks that appear quickly, especially during periods of intense precipitation, are a sign of a damaged roofing system.  This could be the result of damaged membranes, loose tiles, or clogged drains. 

Roof Collapse or Structural Sagging: Any indication that the roof structure is bowing, buckling, or partially collapsing needs to be addressed right once.  Long-term water saturation, snow loads, termite infestation, or damaged timbers can all cause structural drooping.  This is a serious safety hazard because of the possibility of a complete collapse.

Fire or Impact Damage: Parts of a roof are frequently left exposed or structurally compromised as a result of fires, chimney collapses, and other impact-related incidents.  This may also impair insulation or fire safety barriers in business settings, necessitating immediate temporary sealing and structural evaluation.

Theft or Vandalism: A structure may become susceptible to water intrusion and unauthorized access if roofing components, such as copper guttering, lead flashing, or slate tiles, are purposefully removed or destroyed.  In order to stop additional degradation and security threats, this kind of damage needs to be fixed right away.
